In most variomatic transmissions, the speed is limited by a sleeve (usually for approval reasons). However, this restriction can be easily eliminated with a different sleeve.
Here we offer you a Naraku tuning variator sleeve with various spacers for tuning.
TECHNICAL DATA:
- Naraku variator sleeve for 50cc scooters and quads with 2-stroke Minarelli engine
- Dimensions: inner diameter 13mm, outer diameter 18mm, length 37mm
- 15 spacers for tuning between acceleration and top speed
- Long service life due to hardened and ground surface
ASSEMBLY:
Simply replace the vario sleeve with the old one and insert the appropriate spacers depending on the driving profile. The fewer washers, the higher the top speed.
If no or only a few washers are inserted, the function of the kickstarter pinion may be impaired. In this case, washers must be fitted behind the variator to compensate.
