HOW IT WORKS WITH THE 100-DAY RETURN POLICY

Our special return period of 100 days

In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, you can return all items purchased from ZS2Radteile within 100 days of receiving the goods*

Have you ordered the wrong 4-stroke cylinder, is the V-belt for your moped too short or does the motorcycle helmet you ordered not fit? No problem. With us, you can return any item within 100 days if you are not happy with it. This assumes that you have not used or installed the goods and that you return the goods to us within 100 days of receipt of the goods; the date of receipt of the goods by ZS2radteile is deemed to be compliance with the deadline. Any existing right of withdrawal of a consumer is not restricted by the above conditions."

ZS2radteile bears the costs of the return shipment; this cost agreement does not apply to returns due to material defects or defects of title, a guarantee or due to an existing right of withdrawal.

* Consumers may be entitled to a right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts with a basic period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. ZS2radteile does not grant a right of return of 100 days instead, but in addition.
