Payment information

You can pay securely and quickly using your PayPal account. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the checkout process. There, you can log in with your usual credentials and then confirm the payment. We usually receive payment confirmation from PayPal immediately, allowing us to ship your order right away.

If you pay with PayPal and subsequently return one or more items, the corresponding item value will be credited back to your PayPal account after successful verification.

Note: When purchasing on account via PayPal, payment processing is handled by our partner Ratepay. Please transfer the invoice amount directly to Ratepay, as this is the only way your payment can be correctly processed.

If you pay via Klarna Sofortüberweisung*, we receive immediate notification that you have transferred the funds. This allows us to ship your order right away. All you need is an online banking account and your login credentials (PIN/TAN).

During the checkout process, you also have access to all other Klarna payment options, such as PayLater—Klarna’s invoice purchase option, PayNow—pay immediately with Klarna, or SliceIt—Klarna’s installment purchase option

You can pay conveniently and securely with a Mastercard credit card. Orders paid for with Mastercard are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

To make your Mastercard payment as secure as possible, the law requires the 3D Secure procedure. At the end of the payment process, your bank will request a code as part of the "MasterCard SecureCode" authentication process. If the payment does not go through, please check the 3D Secure settings in your online banking.

You can pay conveniently and securely with a Visa credit card. Orders paid for with Visa will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

For business customers, purchase on account may be offered at checkout via our payment service provider Billie. This payment method is particularly suitable for commercial buyers such as workshops, dealers, companies, government agencies, associations, fleet operators, and other organizations that wish to conveniently order spare parts, accessories, or supplies on account.

The availability of purchase on account is checked directly during the ordering process. Factors such as company details, billing and shipping addresses, order value, payment history, and external information from credit bureaus may be taken into account. After the check, you will be immediately notified whether purchase on account is available for your order.

Please note that we have no direct influence on Billie’s decision. If purchase on account is not available or is declined, you can select another available payment method at checkout. You will receive payment information and further details regarding the invoice directly from Billie after successful completion.

When paying in advance, we will ship your order as soon as your payment has been received in our account.

Please always include your order number as the payment reference when making the transfer. You can find this in the email or on the order confirmation page. Please transfer the amounts for different orders separately.

Have you already transferred the payment to us? Then the amount should arrive in our bank account within 1–3 business days. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as the payment is received in our account.

In addition to the payment methods listed above, depending on the delivery country, billing country, cart value, and availability, additional payment methods may be displayed during the ordering process via our payment service provider Mollie. The payment methods actually available will be automatically displayed to you at checkout.

Please note that certain payment methods may be restricted or declined by the respective payment provider. This may depend, for example, on the delivery country, availability in the respective country, the order value, or a credit check.
