Furthermore, we are obliged to refund the deposit if you have returned a used vehicle battery to another distributor of vehicle batteries, to a public waste disposal authority, or to an operator of a treatment facility for end-of-life vehicles in accordance with the End-of-Life Vehicle Ordinance (Ordinance on the Surrender, Return and Environmentally Compatible Disposal of End-of-Life Vehicles) and present us with written or electronic proof of return, which must not be older than two weeks at the time of presentation.
