- Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon and titanium content, ensuring exceptional resistance to deformation even at high temperatures.
- Heat treatment: Special saturation and stabilization process for increased material strength to ensure that mechanical and dimensional specifications remain unchanged up to 250°C.
- Computerized machining: Performed on NC machining equipment with extremely limited size and shape tolerances (roundness, vertical plane).
- Tread coating: Using nickel-based silicon carbide with heat treatment to ensure extreme hardness (around 600 HVO, 1/5) and excellent wear resistance.
- Tread machining: Using special machines that ensure a high degree of perfection of the tread, whose roughness corresponds to the angular specifications established in the design phase (grinding process with special grindstone).
