Hercules! A byword for quality from Bavaria. Founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, the company exclusively produced bicycles until 1928. The production of light motorbikes up to 200 ccm³ became profitable again due to the abolition of the driving licence and tax obligation. Due to the close co-operation with Fichtel & Sachs in the bicycle segment, F&S engines were used for the mopeds, mokicks and mopeds.
Here you will find a 70 cc tuning cylinder kit with a bore of 41 mm and a 12 mm piston pin. The cylinder is the running and limiting surface for the piston. The entire combustion process takes place in the cylinder. This makes it one of the most important components on your Hercules with the fan-cooled Sachs 50/3 and 50/4 engines. In addition to the cylinder, the set also includes a piston set.
