Hercules! A term for quality from Bavaria. The company, founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, produced exclusively bicycles until 1928. Due to the abolition of the driving license and tax obligation, the production of light motorcycles up to 200 ccm³ became profitable again. Due to the close cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs in the bicycle segment, F&S engines were used for the mopeds, mokicks and mopeds.
This set for your Hercules Prima 3 5, Optima, Jogging, Hobby Rider HR with the Sachs 505/2 engine contains all the spare parts needed to inspect the engine. With the fuel filter and fuel hose you can renew the fuel lines from the tank to the carburetor. In turn, the carburetor can be resealed with the included gaskets. A new air filter insert is also included. Furthermore, a matching spark plug and a new spark plug cap is included in this set. The inspection is completed with the refilling of the transmission oil. Last but not least, the engine can be cleaned from the outside with the brake cleaner.
